Grit & Harmony har flyttat sin verksamhet från Idunagatn 14, Odenplan till Torsvikssvängen 11 på Lidingö, Torsvik, sedan den 1.5. Vi ser fram emot att hälsa dig välkommen till den nya fina lokalen.
Grit & Harmony Studios is a place for movement, recovery, creativity and exploration.
Come by to slow down, book a massage treatment such as lymphatic massage, or join one of our group sessions — including Lymph Session,
GH Strength and Yoga for Men. Classes and treatments can be booked through Bruce or Boka Direkt.
You can also stop by for a drink, try kombucha from Roots of Malmö and spend some time in our Ibiza Corner.
In the studio, you will find a carefully selected collection of products from independent producers and brands across Sweden and Europe.
Grit & Harmony also hosts theme evenings, talks, workshops and creative events — making the studio more than a place for treatments and training.
It is a space to meet, discover something new and stay for a while.
